Frequently asked questions

What does a Ryvo agent do?

It answers and places phone calls with a natural voice. It follows the prompt you give it, answers from your knowledge base, qualifies with your questions, books on your calendar and calls your tools mid-conversation. Every call ends with a transcript, a recording and the fields you asked it to extract.

How long does it take to go live?

Minutes. You sign up, describe your business and the Builder drafts the prompt, picks a voice and links your website as knowledge. You talk to the agent from the browser, adjust it, and assign a number when it sounds right. There is no setup project and no setup fee.

Which voices and languages are available?

Spanish is the first language: voices, speech recognition and support are built for it. The same engine works in 32 languages, and you pick the voice per agent from the ElevenLabs and Cartesia catalogs. You listen to it and talk to the agent before publishing.

Where does it get its answers from?

From the knowledge base you give it: documents, URLs, prices and policies. If something isn't there, the agent says so instead of making it up. Change a price and it applies on the next call.

What happens when the caller asks for a person?

The agent takes the caller's name and number, tells them the team will call back, and logs the request with the context of the conversation so your team picks up from there.

Do I have to change my CRM or my calendar?

No. Ryvo connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel, to your calendar, and to n8n and Zapier for the rest. It checks your calendar for real openings and logs every call in your CRM with its transcript.

Can I run it from code?

Yes. A REST API starts calls (POST /v1/calls), signed webhooks report call.initiated, call.completed and call.failed, and tools let the agent call your backend mid-call. Same capabilities as the dashboard.

How much does it cost?

Ryvo measures usage in credits: one credit is $0.001 USD, so 1,000 credits are $1. A voice minute costs 155 to 200 credits depending on the plan, billed per second. Start with no monthly fee on Pay as you go ($0.20 per minute) or take a plan (Starter $22, Pro $99 or Scale $299 a month) that includes credits, lowers the per-minute rate and unlocks the platform. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

Does it work for my industry?

It is built for teams that receive or place calls and need an immediate answer. The most common today are real estate, clinics, schools, professional services, insurance and retail. The engine is the same; what changes are the questions, the objections and the calendar.
