What is a credit?
The unit Ryvo uses to measure usage: one credit is $0.001 USD, so 1,000 credits are $1. A voice minute costs from 140 credits on Pay as you go, 120 on Starter, 100 on Pro and 80 on Scale, billed per second, so a 30-second call uses half. That is the rate with the default voice and model; premium voices and models multiply it by 1.75x, 3x or 5x. A text turn costs 30 credits on every plan.
What happens when the included credits run out?
The agent keeps working and every extra minute is charged from your balance at the same rate as your included minutes, from $0.14 USD on Pay as you go, $0.12 on Starter, $0.10 on Pro and $0.08 on Scale. You top up from your account whenever you need to.
Is there a surcharge at peak hours or for concurrent calls?
No. A minute costs the same at three in the morning and at your busiest hour, and the concurrent calls in your plan carry no surcharge.
Can I start without paying?
Yes. Pay as you go has no monthly fee: you create your account, build the whole agent, test it from the browser and pay only for the minutes you use.
Can I change plans later?
Whenever you want, from your account. The change applies immediately and the charge is prorated, with no calls or paperwork.
Can I pick the model and bring my own keys?
You choose the speech-to-text, language and text-to-speech provider per agent on every plan, with a fallback for each. Bring-your-own-key for the LLM is available on Scale and on enterprise agreements.
Which voices can I use?
Any voice from the ElevenLabs and Cartesia catalogs, in Spanish and 31 other languages. You listen to the voice and talk to the agent from your browser before publishing it.
