Dormant lead reactivation

The agent calls the leads that stalled 30, 60 or 90 days ago, picks up where the last conversation ended and asks whether the situation changed. The ones with renewed interest go back to your team.

The problem

Every CRM holds leads that showed interest once and never closed. Nobody calls them because the team is on new leads, so the pipeline keeps records that are neither won nor lost, and the reasons they stalled are never learned.

The agent

Export the segment from your CRM as a campaign, with the context of each lead (what they asked about and when) as variables the agent can use. It opens with that context, asks whether now is a better time, re-qualifies and books with a rep when the interest is back. When it is not, the lead is marked as closed with the reason extracted from the call.

Case

How it works

The full flow, from the trigger to the record in your CRM.

  1. 01

Define the reactivation segment in your CRM: 30, 60 or 90 days without activity.

  2. 02

Export it as a campaign, or start each call from n8n or the API with the lead's context as variables.

  3. 03

The agent opens with that context: what was discussed and when.

  4. 04

It asks whether the situation changed and whether now is a better time.

  5. 05

Renewed interest: it re-qualifies with your questions and books with the rep.

  6. 06

No interest: the lead is marked as closed, with the reason extracted, to clean the pipeline.

  7. 07

Campaign results show reactivation by segment so you can adjust the timing.

Outcome

Leads that were already paid for get a second conversation, and the pipeline ends up with a clear answer for each one: booked or closed, with the reason.

What you get

  • Campaign over a CRM segment with per-lead context
  • Re-qualification with your own questions
  • Reason for the no extracted after the call
  • Success rate by campaign in the dashboard
